More than 25 years of experience working in the HR area in companies, consultancies and the third sector, with a solid academic career as a professor at the University of Buenos Aires. Responsible for the implementation of quality processes, continuous improvement, certification of ISO standards and models of excellence such as the National Quality Award.
Entrepreneurial profile, passionate about technology, with vast experience in the implementation of IT systems, including facial recognition software, with which he recently worked.

Hernán is Argentinian, 44 years old, and is one of the pioneers in the use of drones for image capture and filming in Argentina.
He is an audiovisual producer, cameraman at major production companies, and a camera director in television, cinema, and advertising.
Certified as a drone pilot in Argentina and the European Union, Hernán was the first registered individual in Argentina to use this technology. He has trained an entire generation in drone usage and continues to research and evolve in new applications and uses for them.
With 30 years of experience in the Argentine audiovisual scene, working with the country's most important technical and production companies, he has led projects for the development of new technologies applied to the audiovisual industry.
Hernán has an entrepreneurial profile and a constant commitment to researching technology and technological advances to develop modern solutions tailored to the demands of the market.
A graduate in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, with an MBA in Business Administration from UADE, holds a diploma in Strategic Integration of Corporate Sustainability from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, Chile. He is also a graduate of PROCARSE (Executive Training Program in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability) at the University of San Andrés, Argentina.
Completed the GRI Certified Training Course based on G4 reporting Guidelines. Works as a Senior Consultant in programs funded by the World Bank, IDB, and the United Nations, serving as a national and international speaker on topics related to Employment and Labor Training.
Moreover, he is a lecturer at the University of Buenos Aires, bringing forth a robust experience in both the public sector (Ministries of Labor, Economy, and Social Development) and the private sector (financial, industrial, and services), particularly within non-governmental organizations, implementing innovative projects with impact and efficient management.
In recent years, he has specialized in sustainable management of companies and their value chains, triple impact initiatives, and the application of principles and guidelines on business and human rights.
